Leonard Cohen ha sido nominado a cuatro premios JUNO: Artista del Año, Álbum del Año, Álbum Alternativo Adulto del Año, y Compositor del Año. La ceremonia se realizó el domingo 2 de abril 2017. Los premios Juno, en inglés Juno Awards, los entrega anualmente la Academia Canadiense de las Artes y las Ciencias (CARAS) a músicos canadienses. Los Junos se crearon en 1970 a partir de los Gold Leaf Awards, que concedía la revista RPM. La CARAS se fundó en 1975 para introducir el programa Juno.
